Did Ruins spit up?

Hey, There is wild speculation going on that Hisashi Sasaki is no longer in Ruins - does anybody have the facts or a qualified guess? During the last tour in Europe, for one reason or other, Sasaki didn't join and Yoshida performed as "Ruins alone", with a sampler handling the bass parts. And on the current tourlist on the Magaibutsu page, there is a few listings for "Ruins alone" again, so perhaps it's permanent? Anybody know?
