Igor,
I own most of the Kronos output. My aboslute favorite is their version of
Morton Feldman's Piano & String Quartet. Of current relevance is "Black
Angels," an anti-war CD they released in reaction to the *first* US war
against Iraq. After that, in no particular order, I recommend "Peforms
Philip Glass," "Howl, USA," "Tan Dun: Ghost Opera," "Astor Piazzolla: Five
Tango Sensations" (really nice), "Keven Volans: Hunting:Gathering," and
"Osvaldo Golijov: The Dreams and Prayers of Isaac the Blind."
Best,
Tom Bowden

I recently bought Kronos Quartet "Early Music" cd and think it's much
different from their other stuff like "Short Stories" or "Winter was Hard".
I also checked some kind of portret of KQ "In Accord" on dvd and think it's
brilliant. Are they any other recomendations related to them?
Best, Igor.
