Touch Yello 8-Track Album-Preview (Promo)
Last I checked this is not a court of law. Its a public social chat list. Where we discuss how we feel about things. Laws don't dictate the way a person feels. Even though the law states it is not stealing I still "feel" it is. As do many people. If the law states the speed limit is 65 that means if I go 66 I am speeding. I don't feel going 66 is speeding. Probably everyone on this list doesn't think going 66 is speeding. Most law officers would not think you were speeding at 66. But according to the law you are. But that doesn't stop the way we feel. I feel downloading a song without paying for it is stealing. Many people feel this way. We are not saying "The law states this is stealing". We are saying we feel it is stealing. If people never thought differently then the law then laws would never be changed. There are still crazy "I can't pet the back of my neighbors goat" laws still in existence today. Klort, btw, I'm still "KING OF THE LIST!" <(Bones reference) But none of us are quite sure what you are. The show is over people ...move along. ... lets get back to Yello talk.

You were the one who spoke about facts and "the standard definition of stealing", both of which were plain wrong. Now you talk about emotions and feelings. Good.

Ecactly. Some people feel illegal downloading should not be illegal. Maybe current copyright laws will go the way of crazy "you can not marry a girl from out of town" laws one day.
