i still can not find any releases after zebra at the music stores unless they carry some imports but rare any would be found so why did they not release any further works in the us? the imports are too expensive still so that is why i support bootlegging now.
I hate to tell you, but the imports are not much more expensive in the U.S. than they are in the country of origin. Remove the VAT from U.K. prices, add shipping, and you'll notice the price is not much different than in most U.S. shops that carry imports. I do notice discs released on the European continent but not in Britain are harder to find in the U.S. Yello is very "European", so probably U.S. record companies think they would not sell enough copies to make it worthwhile. Anyway, they are always available by mail order from shops like Amazon.co.uk. Perhaps when the next CD comes out, someone in Europe can suggest a shop local to them who will do mail-order to the U.S. Then that shop could buy a number of copies for us on the list, and even perhaps beat or match Amazon on price (incl. shipping). --Mark vtchatman@webtv.net wrote:
