I find it especially off-putting considering that in addition to this uncommon practice of charging for entry to the contest, they also take all the remixer's rights upon submission. PAY for the samples and LOSE ALL RIGHTS to my work? I've participated in several such contests. This is a first for me - and I won't be participating as a result. No thanks. --gcr
