Touch Yello 8-Track Album-Preview (Promo)
Yello sells music. That is their product. That is their property. Every person who downloads these free tracks without YELLO's permission or without paying for them is stealing. Each sale is Yello's property. You take that away from them you are stealing. My argument is based on facts. The definition of the word backs me up. The only thing backing you up is your opinion. Until you can bring some facts to the table I see no point in continuing.
The fact is that it is 2009. Music is about downloading. For the real die-hards there is also the CD. Jon you act like the record industry acted in 2000 when the downloading got serious and they start ignoring the problem. It's simply there and you can't ignore it. But I do agree that we shouldn't give eachother links and stuff on this messageboards However I'm so very sure everybody on this board will buy the full cd or will pay for the download, because they'll do it for Yelllo. So Jonn, can you please stop acting like a cop and forgive Serge for his mistake to post the link here? Again we should be in a celebration mode, and would happy to see you guys in Berlin. If we go on like this I don't see the point meeting . ThanX 2009/9/28 Jon Kamm <kammagic@comcast.net>

I'm not even going to get into this whole debate about this, but I will state the following. 1. It's not the whole album, it's the 8-track promo. 2. As far as I know no one had to pay for the promo, unless they bought it like the one on ebay. Promo's are usually given away to generate interest in the final product. 3. I have a copy of the promo and it's NOT from the link Serge posted. I will not disclose where I got it (legal or not). 4. I pre-ordered the album long before I got the promo, and now that I've heard the promo, I know I won't be disappointed. :) 5. I have listened to the promo and must say that this is some of the best work that YELLO have ever produced! Boris again proves that he is a master of his craft, and the producers of the world should take notes on his techniques. I especially love the subtle bass line in "You Better Hide", which you will miss if you're not listening to it on a good sound system. Tangier Blue, from the promo, is my favorite track. 6. I'm still anxious to get the full album, checking every day to see if it's shipped from Tower.com. So enough of all this bickering and lets get back to what's important. :) /end of line

From French DJ podcast. A couple interruptions by the French DJ but you get a good listen to the entire mix.
