There is the "Bostich" vinyl that has "Base For Alec" on the back. Can be seen here 4th one down: http://homepage.mac.com/jonathankamm/YelloSites/PhotoAlbum30.html Georg, More info please, Where did you hear about or see this? ,Jonathan sounds more like a re-relese or someone has found some old stock, however the discography at http://www.sunpoint.net/~mapatsik/yello/titles1.html doesent list it as a single itself, but as the b-side for lost again (1983) shaun -----Original Message----- From: yello-bounces+sajt=tvsched.com at mailman.xmission.com [mailto:yello-bounces+sajt=tvsched.com at mailman.xmission.com]On Behalf Of Georg Plank Sent: Wednesday, 31 March 2004 1:25 AM To: The moon: beautiful. Well Jon , I think you know me good enough. I wouldn't ask the list, if I had a idea abot the "Base for Alec". First I thought that this must be an old (never listed) release. But they say something about the UK "Ouput" label (well known for ambient/chill out remixes). Btw here is the source: http://www.soulseduction.com/common/item_detail.php?ItemCode=B167885 Maybe someone knows more about it... Yours, Georg ----- Original von: Jon Kamm <kammagic@comcast.net>:

I just called the record shop, and they said that this is a brandnew release. They don't have it in stock now, but they can order it anytime. (Costs 8,75 EURO) Yours, Georg PS: Hope this is a good remix cause I loved the original Base for Alec.... ----- Original von: Georg Plank <georg.plank@aon.at>:
