It's a russian bootleg that has been around for a couple of years. It's actually in PAL format if I remember and will not play on your regular dvd players in the US. jul I just it yesterday and have not tried it, but my machine can play all regions. I had no idea, this was not a real release. I had heard it was out in its legal form, but I guess not from all I have read from others. Thanks for the info Russ (USA)
