Subject: RE: [Yello] The Cutting Edge Hi Tasha, You and I addressed this same question about a year ago, but since then I've become wiser and discovered my advice doesn't always work. This method is simpler and always works, but you need access to an email account with a web-browser interface. 1) Simply forward the email containing the link to the .MOV file to your other email account. 2) Log into the email account with IE (that's what I use) 3) Find the email you just sent yourself and right-click on the link to the .MOV file 4) Select "Save As" and when the popup appears, browse to where-ever you want it saved and You're done. With appologies to our friends in the MAC community for using so much Windows jargon. I use my Yahoo account for this purpose, but if your internet service provider has a web-based way for you to access your email that will work too, but you have to make sure you have a copy of the email on their server; translation, you might have to email the message to yourself and then QUICKLY shut off your email program before starting the IE program. Now, can I save the files without going "pro"? -----Original Message----- From: yello-bounces+tourguide=austexecotours.com@mailman.xmission.com [mailto:yello-bounces+tourguide=austexecotours.com@mailman.xmission.com] On Behalf Of Jon Kamm Sent: Tuesday, July 26, 2005 12:56 AM To: yello@mailman.xmission.com Subject: [Yello] The Cutting Edge Here is the scene from the movie "The Cutting Edge" which is done to "The Race" I remember being pleasantly surprised when I first saw this movie. http://homepage.mac.com/jonathankamm/TheCuttingEdge2.mov _______________________________________________ Yello mailing list Yello@mailman.xmission.com http://mailman.xmission.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/yello Report list abuse to list-abuse at studio-nibble.com _______________________________________________ Yello mailing list Yello@mailman.xmission.com http://mailman.xmission.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/yello Report list abuse to list-abuse at studio-nibble.com _______________________________________________ Yello mailing list Yello@mailman.xmission.com http://mailman.xmission.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/yello Report list abuse to list-abuse at studio-nibble.com _______________________________________________ Yello mailing list Yello@mailman.xmission.com http://mailman.xmission.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/yello Report list abuse to list-abuse at studio-nibble.com
