Interesting. I never thought of Dieter as someone who would live in the US. He seems too Swiss/European in his thinking. Besides, you never hear about him in any of the local media. Not that there's anything wrong with that! :) - RF -----Original Message----- From: Julian [mailto:julzmon@mac.com] Sent: Friday, October 24, 2003 6:41 PM To: The moon: beautiful. Although I'm not sure how often he is there. I tried to located it when I lived in Hollywood but it was very hush hush. Never was able to find it. julz On Friday, October 24, 2003, at 06:23 PM, Rory Filer wrote:
So does anyone know how Dieter and Boris actually spend their time. That article from 20 minutes.com makes Boris look pretty repetitive - in the studio all day and then swimming at night. Dieter "lives abroad" - where? - and visits Boris occasionally to add in the vocal tracks. They could almost make their music by emailing files back and forth from the sound of it. I assume Boris lives in or near Zurich.

Back in about 1997, or 98, Jeremy Clarkson did a programme for the BBC about Switzerland and he interviewed Dieter and Boris in what appeared to be their drive way to one of their homes in Zurich , from memory I remember it being a beautiful old house with country style type windows with roses growing up the wall . the drive was covered in small pebbles with a shining Ferrari 328(gtb i think) parked on it if you ever find the video Jeremy Clarksons motorworld it should be on there somewhere. I've been meaning to write to the bbc to ask which one it was for a while, must get round to it Dan
