Hello! I have checked out the program I use for MP3 conversion, and I must say that it is the best I've ever tried. They use the LAME thing, and you can convert tracks that are on your computer too, not only from the CD. YOu can also change a lot of things (variable bit rate, dual channels, presets and a lot of more). And again, you can convert the songs to 320 kbps (the quality IS in fact GREATLY improved). It's one of the newest converters too I think and it's complete free and small. At least I recommend this STRONGLY Find it at www.dbpoweramp.com Chris
Yeah i never bothered to hear the difference but a couple of times. But i think mp3s sound like crap when put up the same cd. Highs and bottom are gone. I'm not sure what it was incoded with but that was it for me. I would never listen to mp3's except I do use iTunes on the Laptop and sounds good to me....
