Hi all, has anyone heard Palm spring by Palm spring? it is a take on the race and it sounds brilliant!! this is what DJ TOMCRAFTS version should of been like, it is simply the race music with dieter saying this is billy mclusky reporting for embassy sports of america all the way through....extremely cool!! with a backing dance beat to it...one of my dj friends here in the North East England has a copy...so I went onto a download site and typed in palm spring and d/l it....well worth it...just thought it would of been of interest to all of us in YELLO land..if anyone wants me to send them an email with the song in then please feel free to email me at graeme.fishwick@ntlworld.com and please remember that I still have a lot of YELLO vinyl and cd's for sale...email again for a complete listing and price guide. Julz, Yep, everyone seems to know Jabberwoc(ky) from the Terry Gillian film. However, what most people don't know (I blame it on too many drugs heh) is that the Terry Gilliam film is based (as is my nick) on the famous (but not so famous that you've heard of it *smile*) poem by Lewis Carrol from "Through The Looking Glass" which starts like this: T'was brillig and the slivy tothe, did gyre and gimble in the wabe all mimsey were the borogroves, and the momrathes outgabe. Now if you understand what that opening verse to the poem means, then you've definitely taken too many drugs! Regards Beware the *jabberwoc* my son, the jaws that bite the claws that snatch! :-)
