What one is from the Canadian LP/CD/MC: PolyGram/Vertigo 836 426-1/2/4 [some Canadian CDs contain a 10th bonus track: Tied up in Fantasia]- FLAG?

This is the 6:50 version that appears on that CD. I am Canadian and I own it :) It may also be on the Canadian 12" and Cassette single.

and where dose the other one come from?

I've never heard of a longer version of this, personally....
