it is my pleasure to inform you that the new album is finished (this is NOT an April Fool's joke!) and the planned release date is 26th of June. I say planned, because this date is a preliminary date and the final date will be decided upon in three weeks or so. No title for the album has yet been decided, and the cover art work has yet to be done.

A single will be released a few weeks before the album (its title has not been decided yet) along with a video (which also still has to be done).

I will send you more info as soon as I get it from Yello Office.

Thank you for the good news. Lets hope it is either a standard CD or a DVD, not those explicitly broken non-standard CD formats which does not work in computer CD devices. I do not know if Yello can decide it, hope so, but be warned: as reported in Usenet, those non-standard CDs will install programs to your computer without asking your permission -- and after installation, as it is reported, you may not copy *any* CD to computer anymore. In my opinion that is all illegal. One can sell non-standard CDs yes, but intruding to customer's computer is a big no. Did all of you downloaded the loop samples from "http://www.mountedbythegods.com/"? They are most probably made by Boris but please verify yourself. Well, there are now three sample and loop collections available; other two are: -How How CD single -Yello Soundstation at www.yello.ch Has anyone the Mounted by the Gods soundtrack? Will the Yello/Boris songs in the movie be as well in the upcoming album? In any case those samples indicate that something wild could be coming. Best regards, Juhana
