Again, then, if "there is no point of discussing about it here", then you oughtn't have mentioned it. That's terrible form.
OK, "closing the door" from others is bad, but I merely wanted that Yello management takes an action to positive direction.
And I disagree with you. Too much court telling people what they can and cannot do. It's courts that have gotten us into this problem in the
No. It is the music industry. They could less care about consumer rights. That is why courts are a blessing for us consumers; they can decide about a balance between us and the music industry. Courts are our friends too.
Let Yello offer these things for sale. I *will* buy them. Until they are available for purchase, then I *will* exercise whatever means at my
But Yello could understand how severe the situation is and come forward sooner. That is what I want.
because we are sharing shit that ISN'T EVEN AVAILABLE FOR SALE!!!!!!!!!!
And yes, I'm not interested in used material, most probably sold with overprice at ebay. I want just the same thing in CD, in DVD, or as high quality mp3 files. Vinyls sucks. Perhaps a remaster, but no a reworking. Best regards, Juhana

The FTP is for sharing in a true sense. It is for private sharing of unavailable material, primarily or exclusively of interest to people who already bought almost everything Yello currently offers for sale. It is not like Napster or Kazaa or the newsgroups. --Mark

Perhaps there in Finland. Here in the united states of Amerika the courts are friends of the ruling elite and those who have the most money. Justice has little to do with anything. I am sorry, but I am very jaded. I see with great and increasing frequency the courts behaving in a manner that is sickening to the patriotic heart. And "we the people" have been rendered just about powerless to do anything short of revolt.
But Yello could understand how severe the situation is and come forward sooner. That is what I want. Do Yello, as the pair of musicians, have that power to wield against their record label, or are they just as disenfranchised as the rest of the artists in this world?
And yes, I'm not interested in used material, most probably sold with overprice at ebay. Here you and I agree totally!!!
