How does that sound to everyone? Totally over the top? Well, it's how I store my own collection!
I think that order and information is a must for the FTP server. I'm a quite "tidy" (or whatever you mail call it) person myself, so I think that's important. About the two areas that you mentioned, Michael, files found on Kazaa (or other file sharing systems) which are in average quality and then encoded to higher quality (OGG then), where should they be put? Files found on Kazaa are mostly at 128 kbps or higher, but there are always exeptions. The Resistor live (which I found on Kazaa) was at 128-256 kbps and many other rare tracks have very good sound.
