i must admit i liked U2's "McPhisto", and I think I only paid fifty something dollars for seats behind the stage... didn't even bother looking at shirts.  Also saw Pink Floyd for I think $62, floor seat, if you squinted you could actually kinda recognize David Gilmore.  Bought that Tshirt - was disappointed in the cheap quality of it.

David Bowie - my gosh - saw him here in Austin when he came through on the Nine Inch Nails Tour!  GOD that was great!  He got a horrid review, and the interlude where he and NIN played and sang together got the worst review, but I thought it was so great.  I have read NIN got much inspiration from Bowie's mood setting tones... I think Bowie's "Outside" is my most recent (Heart's Filthy Lesson) man that is weird especially when you read the little story in the booklet that goes along with the CD.

well i know my photo is lame, but this list has been fun and i want to participate... in what small way i can.  :)

And most recently, I purchased a black polo with a big yello Y on it... the quality of the product is exceptional.

Nice to hear input from someone else that submitted their photo to Jon's World Y'd page!!
Where are the rest of you?? (you too Jon!)

I wonder if Ozzy's reference to Sting was about his virtual theft of his wealth by his old financial advisor whom he gave signing rights to (big mistake) ... Yah, I left 'Floyd and Genesis off on purpose, Genesis due to P. Collins, (is it Genesis or Phil that published that song) even though they were heading in the advancement direction for a good long time, when Rutherford and Gabriel left, you couldn't discern any difference between Genesis' and Phil's releases! I really liked Genesis too,...
U2 I left off due to their jump to Ultra-commercialism (along with the likes of Madonna, C.A., B.S.). Anything after War, while still good, and advancing, leaned towards the Sell out (almighty $$$$... Come to my Concert, It'll only cost you $150.00/seat in the poor visibility seats in the nosebleed section, and that T-shirt 'l be 50 Bucks)

I didn't need to mention Bowie, but he is a good example of advancement(oops, I just did).
we could go on and on and on and on ....but I think we understand each other
