I believe the last two are the same. I'm still going through all of the files to be sure I have the best sounding and most complete of the duplicates (Another reason the FTP server isn't up yet).
 
Any idea which one it is? If so, I can try to send one to you via e-mail by splitting the attachments up to a reasonable size (1 Meg per message).
