Play.com looks like a great place. free shippng too. I have e-mailed and asked what shipping would be to USA. Will post when I find out.

Actual release date is now October 28th for Germany other countries will be after that. Switzerland will be ahead of Germany but I haven't received a confirmed date yet. This info was from the record company this morning.
