Yes you can hear it in Don Turbulento(The Eye) from 3:50-4:05 and in Downtown Samba(Solid Pleasure) from 2:00-2:33 Can't tell if it's the same lyrics but he is saying them in the same manner. , Jonathan Arno wrote:

Yeah, i noticed that too. But I didn't think it was exactly the same, in Solid Pleasure he says something like "akialargiotelevisione...", but it's very close. Sounds Italian, but I can't recognise the words.
