It is actually fairly common that white labels have no speed printed on them (obviously!) and its a guess, most are easy to guess, others, well tend to be ambiguous, and as Yello and Carlos say about music in general, it's not a definitive, the listener is expected to have their own interpretation. I have a number of non white labels, also with no speed printed, then some printed with in my opinion the wrong speed, and some that sound good at both speeds. But by and large most DJ turntables have a +/- 6% speed. DJ friend I know when he gets a tune will listen at both speeds, and try different pitches. That sometimes inspires him into a mix set.
