Here's a helpful tip for everyone posting YouTube vids. If you need to jump right to a specific time in a vid, add &##m##s to the end of the URL (##m = minutes, ##s = seconds. :)
 
So for DanielB's link you would add &t=3m10s so it would be http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o1jPeG1LlaQ&t=3m10s
