I have listened to the interview. As a native Bavarian I understand about 90% of the Swiss German language spoken here. Some findings here:
I used Winamp to listen to the link. I had set the Winamp display to count down the time to 0. It displays a total time of 19:15 in the beginning, but continues after 0:00 for some more minutes. I was not able to fast forward or backward. When I tried it always started from the beginning.
They talk quite long about the history of Yello, about what Boris has done for this Swiss radio station, about The Race and how it got created. Boris had created several jingles for the radio station. You then hear some oh yeah based jingles . Boris says, he got inspired by the Hazy Osterwald Sextett, a famous Swiss Jazz combo in the 60s and 70s and their song "Kriminal Tango", where a rhythmic spoken pattern is used.

Now the interesting part: Boris confirms, that the new Album is finished. "We are in negotiation with the marketing dept.of Universal in Berlin". The new album will be released "early 2009", "spring 2009", "February, March 2009".
Finally at the end there is an excerpt from one track "You better hide".
And sorry, there is no word about a new single in the interview. They talk about singles in general and also about jingles, but not about a new single.
So listen to the interview and enjoy the preview on the new album after about 20 minutes....
Have fun
Franz
