turns
out after listening to Beer, Bait, and Ammo, I found myself singing along before
the end of the song the very first time I heard it. Great singalong
song!
I like
titles like those,
I have a CD of local musicians (Toronto area), back in
the 80's, and there's one that still sticks in my head, it's called "BEER
GUT", by a band called drums along the gardener (after the Gardener Expressway
I guess). It's a thrashy guitar punk angst kind of ditty, and the only vocals
are, you guessed it, beer-gut!. But it makes me smile, and any music that
stimulates the soul is always worth it!
Incidently, I got the CD from
an old friend of mine, he produced the CD, and ran the Studio where all the
recordings were made.
I should get it to Jonn so he can post it, unless you
would rather have it sent directly.
Gotta love (and support) those local
musicians!
