You're right when ya say:
It always seems like forever waiting for the next album.
But It's always worth the wait.
-
But right after One Second the
waiting for more material
made me hungry. Very hungry. Baby
took a while
to surface, and ever since I've
experienced this:
I know an album is coming. There's
an official release date.
I go to a store that does get all
my orders in on time. I wait.
I wait even more. I start eating
wallpaper and chewing my dogs
toys. I stop washing myself. I
neglect my social contacts.
I even stop washing my car. People
don't recognize
me any more. I look like a hermit.
And wait. Anxiously
by the phone, for the store to give
me that call that the
goods have arrived.
And then.. when finaly that new
piece of work is in my grotty hands,
I play it in one go. And at the end
of the last track, I feel
that this first almost virgin magic
is about to end. And
when I hear the last tunes fade
from my speakers
and the cd players is coming to a
stop I get frantic,
start to eat wallpaper again and
chew my dogs toys.
... and occasianally you can hear a
scream...
I want more... more.. please
more...give it to me...

were in 2003 now...and
even this year is nearing it's end
... 'man.. it just takes a bit
too long... I have to wallpaper the
entire house again and my dog
has burried all his toys... somewhere... he
knows... he just knows...
