[Yello] Serious ?

I've ordered the digipack of THE EYE and the maxi CD from the site www.motordiscs.de 3 weeks ago now... They said me some days after my order that I will be delivered in the week (3 days after their mail)... Nothing in my mail box yet ! I've sent another mail last friday to know what's going on now with my order... No answer. Question : is that serious from a company to put costumers in backstage like this ? Pretty disapointed...
