45 here, first heard Yello in 1980 when a friend played "Solid Pleasure" over his state-of-the-art hi-fi system. It blew me away and have been a fan ever since. IMHO, nothing they've done since has been quite as innovative, but nevertheless, they produce excellent music.

For all you techno-geeks,  Rupert Hine is well worth checking out. Not only is his a brilliant producer, but a great musician in his own right. His music is innovative and very well produced, he also worked under the pseudonym of Thinkman & Quntum Jump (Lone Ranger was actually a hit).
