Lol...I might give it a try, but the guitar things have to be some kind of "addon" for a full remix with other sounds...etc... I remember one of you posting the scale that was used in Planet Dada, do you mind posting it again?
------ Having just read this week's email... here it is (cut and pasted from the original email):
Planet Dada starts out in a particular key - let's call it C (the tune doesn't use a typical major or minor scale, the scale I've worked out (using C as the tonic note) is C-Db-Eb-F#-G-Ab-Bb-B-C).
I have also entered the tune and bassline in Finale Notepad, and saved it as two picture files, which I have posted on my web page. (PNG format is a better quality picture despite the smaller file size!) The first 8 bars are the original tune, the second 8 bars are from the 'modulation' section (at 1:32 - 1:46 and 2:35 - 2:49 on the CD time indicator.) Finale Notepad is designed as a music score reader/writer, not a sequencer, so it can't save the file as an audio format. <http://users.tpg.com.au/mrpulley/pics/music/DadaScore.jpg> [JPEG format - 68kb] <http://users.tpg.com.au/mrpulley/pics/music/DadaScore.png> [PNG format - 12kb] Mark P. ----------------------<http://users.tpg.com.au/mrpulley/>------------- --------- "The holly and the ivy, if they come up in your yard, Then go and get the Roundup, and hit the mongrels hard."
