ok.  I know I am in no position to give any kind of "advice" in these topics.  However - I have had all these problems, and I had even emailed macromedia and iquick and my isp and my web host and nobody fixed it.  Then, Lo and Behold, a new version of Netscape (we have better luck blocking popups with netscape) was downloaded and - Viola!  I see the QuickLight!  and the Light through the Winders!

 

so maybe, just maybe, if you try the latest version of netscape it might help.
