Well, iwf it were a remix competion based on, lets say 'Vicious Games', and you had your own composition, let's say something like Dan's 'Nocturnal' already to go, it wouldn't end up sounding like a remix of 'Vicious Games' would it? you need to know what the original is before it can be remixed. now if you want to go about it that route, you could make your own versions of the Yello catalogue, and when the samples are provided, add them into the appropriate piece you have already prepaired, and you could be the first one to submit their entry back to Start-Ab.
