you can email ebay and let them know that
the goods are bootlegs. another way is to post in the sellers feedback that they
sell bootlegs.
And as we are fairly sure that if yello
office people dont monitor this list themselves there are people here in the
list that are close to the yello office who can if the choose pass the info you
have posted on
shaun
Is their anyway you know of to get a hold of their management?
Please my friend post this in the forum and get everyone to send her
emails to stop selling copies. Hopefully one might be a lawyer. The below
links is to be posted as well. It is the ebay links for the sellers other
items plus a new copy of the Yello disc, like the one I bought from her the
other day.
"Dear sonofchilly,
I have a huge issues about bootleg
DVD's: A) It is completely illegal B) I want an original copy not one you
made. C) who pays the band for their efforts and the production company for
their efforts and the management? Tell me who. As a musician in the business,
this is one for the worst things someone can do to us. I would like an
immediate refund, and I'll be happy to return this disc to you. I highly
recommend you think about the other items you have posted. IF they are copies
and you do not own the rights to them, which after looking at your other
auctions I doubt, you might want to find another legitimate way to make money,
before you wind up in a large court room with fines like you have never seen
before. I will not get nasty if you refund my money, but I strongly suggest
you pull all items not 100% original off the auction site"
