I have seen complaints on this list about emails having too much in them, such as replies to replies containing all of the previous messages... So I thought just putting links to the subject matter was a natural response in trying to accommodate those requests for minimal amounts of information in emails. However, now that it is known that you have email only without web access otherwise, I imagine folks will do their best to keep that in mind also. The people on this list have proven to be incredibly helpful and thoughtful. I feel like I am a member of a real community, amazing stuff email and internet. Woo Hooo!!! We are getting our first cool front here in Austin Texas this season. The temp is supposed to get to the mid fifties tonite - BBrrrrrr! ;) Later y'all -----Original Message----- From: yello-bounces+tourguide=austexecotours.com@mailman.xmission.com [mailto:yello-bounces+tourguide=austexecotours.com@mailman.xmission.com] On Behalf Of Juhana Sadeharju Sent: Wednesday, October 13, 2004 8:10 AM To: yello@mailman.xmission.com Subject: [Yello] Re: Dieter Meier News

Can anyone record this for me?
Julian, your site is great but you don't have to suck people in to it this way. You should write the text here if you ask something! As easily as you copy somebody else's news to your site, you copy it here as well. If mails here have only urls (like recently), it makes me wonder why we have this mailing list at all. I don't have a web connection so that I could check the external texts. If the news is the same what Jonas posted in the Yello-news list, then people should know that French satellite channel TV5 (www.tv5.org) have broadcasted material from ARTE. So, it may be worth of checking the tv guide of TV5.
