I've been dreaming of a remastered box set with all the old albums + 2 remastered rare tracks CD's to go along with the collection. One can have a dream. On Thursday, May 29, 2003, at 08:09 AM, Rene wrote:
Right Greg!! The following should be ported to Boris and Dieter. Give us fans a break. Take a day or two off from your regular doings, go to your archives and collect all the material you have from your early days. And combine that with some other exclusive material no one has heard of before. Then sit down and start giving birth to the idea of making a cd-collection that would make all Yello fans go into hyperventialion-mode. Instead of giving Yello Material to house-dj's and have them laying their hands on the goodies, you, yes you Boris and Dieter should have us, the true Yello Fans, lay our hands on those goodies. I, but I believe I speak for all of us, think that yet another 'best of Yello CD', is a wast of time. We are in need for a - Yello - The Genesis Collection. A cd collection with the very first Blank and Peron material, following through ITSplash, leaning to Jetz und Alles, and ending up somewhere around Stella and going on from there untill now where we encounter yet another styleswitch in the Yello series. Make a collection that would be really Excentric. Our only choice, is the yello noise. Rene - Driving his old chevrolet under a fading purple sky.
What’s up with all those old Yello’ songs and musics never pressed on CD ? Do they will be a day ? Who never dream of it ?
