There is in fact a Comic book called: Le Secret de Farida. - On the question about the voice and language on Santiago: Yello recorded their video Desire in Cuba - Havana, at the Havana club. The choregrapher at that time, or still, there is called Santiago. Chances are big it's the same dude. since One Second shows great influence from that part of the country compared to Stella. Boris got inspired, no doubt. Rene ----- Original Message ----- From: "The Warlock" <warlock@seste.net> To: "The moon: beautiful. It could be a mix of different languages, since we all recognize different dialects and languages in this song.
I think she also says "La saphire" (0:58) or something like that...sounds like French, I suppose you know better than me. I also think she says "die Jahrung" (1:03) - at least it reminds me of German, but I don't think "jahrung" is a word in German (at least not mentioned in the dictionary). Perhaps other ones on this list would know this better than me.
On the One Second CD it says "Vocals on La Secret Farida by Farida"... Would this be Farida's secret??
