The easiest way is to save the files is to go to the web page. To download a particular file, either press the right mouse button (Windows) or press the Control button as you click (Macintosh) over the link, to bring up a small menu, then select 'download file' (or something similar). This will save the file on the disk to be played later. If you download the file using Quicktime Player instead of the browser, I think the program hides the file to be thrown out later (but I am open to correction on this point). Hope that helps.
