I'm still waiting... <loud cries and wails of despair>. Amazon.de currently lists the box set as unavailable, but the box set is still on my order page on backorder. (It was still available when I ordered on 13 November - Yes, I know I took my time! - so hopefully it will come in soon.) As I have no German friends here, I relied heavily on Google's translation tools page!
