Good Afternoon, Attached you will find the proposed amendments to the WSLC bylaws. Please review the proposed changes. The bylaws will be discussed and a motion will be made to adopt the proposed changes during our January 29, 2014 meeting. The Handbook and Bylaws Committee will be available at 9:00 AM before next week's meeting in the cafeteria outside the Copper Room to answer any questions members may have regarding the proposed changes. You are also welcome to contact committee chair Sylvia Rickard at 801-942-4941. You will find the document split into three columns. The first is the current wording in the bylaws. The second column contains the added language in red and removed language struck (lined through) and the third column shows how the bylaws would read if the amendment is adopted. You will also find rationale for many of the amendments in the second column in italics.
