Good Afternoon Fellow WSLC Members, Our next Women's State Legislative Council General Session will be this Wednesday, March 5 at noon in the Spruce Room. We will discuss water rights (S.B. 211) and Public Water Access (H.B. 37). You will find both bills we will be discussing on the WSLC Participatory Citizen App ( www.wslcofutah.org ). You will find a copy of the bylaws and proposed amendments on our website: www.wslcofutah.org . We will continue the discussion on Article VIII Meetings on page 53. It is amazing we are nearing the end of the document. After Article VIII we have only Articles IX Elections, X Quorum, XI Parliamentary Authority, and XII Amending of Bylaws remaining. Our Parliamentarian, Kathy Boyer, has said she will continue to make herself available before the board meeting, 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. in the cafeteria, to help members with amendments or clarification. Please watch for a separate email containing the membership list for WSLC.
