Greetings members The bulletin covering our March 8th meeting is attached for your review. Senator Jim Dabakis shared his strong support of SJR10 Joint Resolution: Ratifying the Equal Rights Amendment to the US Constitution and Gayle Ruzicka shared her long held concerns regarding this proposed amendment. We also were honored to have Rep. Mike Noel discuss HB408 State Property and School and Institutional Trust Lands Amendments. WSLC Natural Resources Director shared The Utah league of City and Towns concerns against this bill in its current form. Members present at the March 8 meeting voted in favor of a resolution opposing HB408. We hope you will be able to join us on Wednesday, March 15th, for our business meeting where we will also hear from the State Republican and Democratic Chairs.
