Greetings members, We are glad many of you could join us last Wednesday as we heard from candidates for state office. We thank Kari Malkovich and Seraya Almirthalingam for their direction of this informative meeting. The minutes from the meeting are attached for your review. Our celebrations committee, Shannon Jacobs and Susan Vaughn, has prepared the attached invitation for the December 7th Holiday Luncheon. Please note these options: Vegetarian- Whole Wheat Soba Noodles Asian Style Paired with Oriental Vegetables, Miso Broth, Shitake Mushrooms and Tofu. Gluten free- Sterling New York Strip Steak Paired with Herb Butter, Mashed Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables. The luncheon will be held at Little America. Reservations and payment are due by Tuesday, November 22nd. Unfortunately, due to work conflicts, our treasurer, Renee Lowrey, is resigning from office. We thank her for her service to this organization. WSLC is in need of a new treasurer. If you or someone you know would be willing to serve as treasurer, please reply to this email or contact President Shauna Scott-Bellaccomo at sscottbe@hotmail.com. Until a new treasurer is appointed, First Vice President Donna Murphy will be acting as treasurer and President-Elect Suzanne Mulet will be maintaining the membership list.
