The attached letter will give you more information about the time the ballot boxes will be open. Your name tag/badge will serve as your credential to vote; please remember to bring it. The name tags will then be collected and used for the next biennium. You will have the opportunity on Wednesday, March 11 to nominate yourself or someone else directly, if you did not want to go through the Nominating Committee. Please remember to have the permission of other person if you would like to nominate them.
