Good Afternoon, Attached is the WSLC Bulletin from last week's General Session where we had another outstanding discussion regarding the Right to Try legislation (HB 94) related to investigational drug access for terminally ill patients. We also had Representative Redd join us to discuss his legislation around Medicaid assistance for children with complex medical conditions (HB199). Senator Shiozawa discussed his digital health services commission (SB19) and briefly discussed the Medicaid expansion bill he is sponsoring. I'll see you at our meeting tomorrow at noon in the Copper Room. The Energy/Natural Resources/Environment & Agriculture Legislative Study Committee has put together an information packed session about the transfer of federal public lands to the state. There have been two resolutions distributed related to tomorrow's topic. Please refer to the email sent Monday afternoon to find the resolution supporting the transfer. You will find the correct resolution opposing the transfer on an email sent Monday evening from Gay Lynn Bennion (this corrected resolution is slightly different from the one I sent in the earlier email). See you tomorrow, Jessica Christopher WSLC Corresponding Secretary
