Dear WSLC Members,

It is with a sad heart we must let you know our dear past president Sylvia Rickard passed away last night.

While we do not have all of the details yet, we do know her funeral will be held in Boise, Idaho this coming Saturday, December 20.  We will send additional details when we receive them.
