We were glad to have so many members attend yesterday's meeting directed by the Education Committee. The minutes from the meeting are attached, as well as the revised 2016 General Session Calendar, the updated minutes from the January 27th meeting, and the agenda for our upcoming meeting on Wednesday, February 10th.
WSLC has affiliate councils in both Weber and Utah counties. We encourage you to share this information with your friends and associates who live in or near these counties.
The Utah County affiliate council meets the third Tuesday, 12:00 noon, at the Golden Corral, 225 West University Parkway, Orem 84058. The February 16 th meeting will be a medical cannabis legislation presentation. Contact Tamar Atkin, tspatkin(a)gmail.com, for more information.
The Weber County affiliate council meets the first Wednesday of each month at 6 pm in the South Ogden Senior Center, 560 39th Street, Ogden 84403. If you have questions, contact Maria Nelson, mariasnelson(a)mac.com.
Our organization is growing, with members attending from as far north as Logan and as far south as Price.
We hope you can join us on February 10th, when the meeting will be under the direction of the Business and Labor Committee.
