Hi Folks, I have not gotten a final "GO" on this from the teacher I've been working with, so the rest of this is tentative and if you had not planned to come, you can skip what follows. There's a fairly good place to set up east of the school on the track (which seems to be asphalt and is nice and level). It's about as away from the glare from the lights that are on the school itself as we can get and although it's not as far from the parking lot as would be ideal, given the phase of the moon, it should be okay. The parking lot (behind the school, just east of the building) is right on the south side of the intersection of 300 W and 900 S. There's construction on 400 W (which the school faces) so the best way to get there is via 800 S and 300 W (300 W is not a through street--it T's on 800 and 900 S). Assuming it actually happens, I'll plan to be there around 8 pm. Please do not come unless you see a confirming email from me; I'll get something out as soon as I have a go-ahead from the school. (I guess we could plan something somewhere near there as a fall-back... I'll think about that.) Thanks! John Craig
