You might want to consider joining SLAS ( http://slas.us/ membership_benefits.asp ). Among the benefits of membership is the ability to borrow a variety of "nighttime" scopes for no charge (including a C-8) and solar scopes and use of the club's observatory in Stansbury Park for a small annual fee. patrick
