Important Notice: UTOPIA router migration within 2 days, may impact your service

[ http://xmission.com/ ] Dear valued customer, XMission will move your UTOPIA connection to a new router within the next two days. To better serve our growing customer base, XMission will migrate all customers in Orem and Brigham City from our current UTOPIA router to two new routers on October 15, 2021. Your connection will be migrated at some point within the scheduled maintenance window between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM. Note that most customers will not need to do anything and will not even notice the migration took place overnight. XMission does not anticipate significant customer downtime from this migration. However, in the event of an unexpected outage, XMission will ask you to power cycle your router. Power cycling means unplugging the power cable of your home wifi router, waiting approximately 30 seconds, and then plugging the power cable back in and allowing your router to start up as it usually does. We anticipate that this will fix most of the issues that customers might encounter. Please, do not touch your UTOPIA Access Portal or any buttons on your router.
