Thanks for the kind words Daniel! With the waning/new moon cycle coming up, I fully expect to visit the Pit-N-Pole (or another site) this weekend, probably Friday night. Of course this depends on the monsoon action. I will post again once details are worked out and I know where/when we will be observing. Also, it is starting to look doubtful that I will be attending the upcoming Great Basin Asto Fest. A work project is causing me some conflict with the festival. If I am not able to go to Great Basin, I will still find one night that weekend (Sept. 5th - 7th) to go observing, probably near Vernon. I'll post here once that is figured out.
