Kurt, I know that Siegfried Jachmann created a five panorama picture of Bryce Canyon that we used in the Reflector Magazine article that I wrote.
Thanks Rodger, I'll give him a buz. It looks like I shouldn't have done this handheld. There may be too much image rotation in it. I may need to go back and redo it on tripod. - Kurt
Is there anybody that can help Jim Spens? Here is his message: I am the owner of a Meade Lx200 'classic' 12" scope. The computer control system has recently stopped functioning and Meade techs have told me one of the possibilities is that the hand held control pad is defective. Is there anyone in your society that owns an older Lx200 'classic" Meade that would be willing to see if their keypad works my scope so I might know if it is in fact the keypad or not? Thanks, Jim PS I live in Sandy, Utah! His email is j_spens@yahoo.com Thanks, Ken
Have you also checked the fuse behind the panel?? You can also check the main board by removing the cover plate on the bottom of the base and checking for any burned components, we had just recently an 8" F6.3 LX200 fail due to a tantalum capacitor in a power regulation circuit. And it could be the hand control too ....... Aloha Rob
