Chuck, I had to go back to Blockbuster because the movie "Collateral" was way scratched so I know what you mean. I hope the next copy works. But I can't afford to buy a DVD everytime I want to watch a movie. But I do see your point. I think I'll stay away from Blockbuster in the future and try another store. No cable or phone yet but at least the sun is out. Debbie

I don't know what your objections to renting are, but if it's cost (as it is with me), you could check it out of the library.
